Tring Church Choir

Tring Church Choir is a small group of people who give their time to provide music and lead the singing to assist the worship in the church. At the big services at Christmas and Easter they are joined by others to make a larger choir. The Church Choir supports all the regular services of the church week in, week out, throughout the year, either leading the singing from the pews or robing and processing and leading from the choir stalls.

Choir rehearsals take place alternate Friday evening to rehearse for Sunday services, and also to practice ahead for the more complicated and challenging items.

As members of an RSCM-affiliated choir there are also opportunities to take part in events and courses run by the RSCM.We are an adult-only choir at the moment. New members are welcome, some prior choral singing experience (although not necessarily in a church choir) and the ability to read music are essential.
