Bell ringing
We have bells in three of our churches, with active teams of ringers in Tring and Aldbury
Bell ringing is an ancient and uniquely English church tradition.
Tring Church
Tring Church has a peal of 8 bells with an enthusiastic team of ringers. They have lost several members in recent years and would welcome new blood into the team whether experienced ringers or newbies. Practice night is a Tuesday and we ring for the Sunday 10 am service and for weddings.
Aldbury Church
Aldbury Church has 6 bells and a developing team. There is a popular learners group on Tuesday mornings and practice night is a Wednesday. We ring for the Sunday 10 am service and weddings.
Puttenham Church
Puttenham Church has 3 bells which are rung for festivals and weddings by ringers from across the team.
