About the Event
The whole day is very flexible and you can make it fit your requirements; picking and choosing those parts of the day which you choose to participate in. There is absolutely no requirement to be present from 8am to 9pm – though you may choose to do this.
The day will begin at 8am with Mattins and Lauds and will end at 8.40pm with Compline. It will be punctuated with the other monastic offices and at 12 noon there will be a Eucharist.
We eat together for breakfast (8.45am), lunch (12.45pm) and dinner (7pm), and simple food will be provided. Please let us know dietary requirements when you book. In the afternoon there will be a guided walk or free time. Suggested donation for the day is around £10 to cover food and other expenses.
Transport is available within the Tring Team parish area.
