This working committee consists of the treasurers of the five districts, the PCC treasurer, a representative of the PCC and two elected members.
They are responsible for electing their own chairman and their mandate is to organise the financial management of the Parish in an integrated manner with the districts. By working closely together, variations in cash flow between district churches can be ironed out and the whole group can focus on the main task of developing the Team Scheme Parish Stewardship / planned giving initiative. This raises the central funds for the provision of ministry, parish administration, contributions to mission and education initiatives, and a capital support fund to be called on by districts when necessary.
