There is a single ministry team across the Team Parish, with clergy and lay ministers taking services in all of the churches. There is also an essential and wide variety of ministries carried out by members of the congregations.
The Team Rector has overall responsibility for the parish and is assisted by a Team Vicar and an Assistant Curate. There are also three readers and a Diocesan Lay minister in the Team. We welcome the ministry of a number of retired priests and a priest who is not in full time ministry whilst she is at home with a young family. We have a reader in training and two persons training for the stipendiary priesthood.
To best provide for the pastoral care of the parish, each church has a member of the ministry team who takes special responsibility for it.
